La Internacional Errorista participó en la contra-cumbre llamada "La Cumbre de los Pueblos" donde hubo un encuentro internacional de organizaciones sociales, movimientos de campesinos, partidos de Izquierda, ONG´s y medios de comunicación independientes, organismos de derechos humanos, sindicatos y organizaciones estudiantiles. Se realizaron diferentes actividades, manifestaciones, actos culturales, recitales, etc. El contexto era el de una ciudad sitiada por policías y militares. El centro de la ciudad estaba cerrado, vigilado por tres cordones de seguridad. También se podían ver Mariners de USA vigilando las calles y las playas. Allí se realizó la primer declaración que hoy encabeza este manifiesto: "TODOS SOMOS ERRORISTAS", junto a una serie de acciones erroristas que se realizaron en las protestas y manifestaciones callejeras.El errorismo nació por error: En tiempos de censura nos vemos sometidos a forzar el lenguaje, llevar las metáforas a su punto máximo, decir sin nombrar. Al no poder utilizar la palabra "(T)errorismo" ni "(T)errorista" por el peso simbólico y el "peligro" que esto representa, escapamos hacia el juego de palabras. Así nació el Errorismo, por error. En esta obra se aprecia un planteamiento escenográfico del espacio, donde el espectador se acerca al papel del actor, así como una utilización casi deconstructiva de los elementos. El sonido se invierte en algunos pasajes, junto a los gritos de la gente otros sonidos ininteligibles que recuerdan idiomas que no entendemos o canciones y ritmos que nos conducen a otras culturas que, como ellos mimos señalan, nos recuerdan los sonido de las protestas en la guerra de Irak o grabaciones sobre los conflictos de Asia o África y que funcionan como una metáfora, como un negativo sonoro que nos habla de todos los conflictos, de todas las crisis, de todas las guerras. También las imágenes rompen su estructura lineal, se quiebra el relato, se superponen los mensajes: fragmentos de las cacerolazos en Buenos Aires se mezclan con imágenes entresacadas de documentales sobre especies salvajes y cortes de archivos de televisión con entrevistas y temas diversos. Una narración aleatoria que vuelve sobre sí misma y donde el hilo conductor es la presencia de un niño que observa al espectador de esta obra. Sueño y realidad, como un corte de la suma de mensajes que circulan ante nuestros ojos cuando intentamos conciliar el sueño, cuando nos invade ese estado de semiconsciencia donde se mezclan los más opuestos pensamientos y sensaciones. Luego fue imitado por otros manifestantes que sintieron la necesidad. Otros, optaron por quitarse sus ropas y quedar al desnudo frente al gobierno La repercusión mediática permitió que el concepto de la acción se expandiera hacia otros puntos del país. En la ciudad de Mar del Plata, por ejemplo: camiones llenos de mierda fueron descargados frente a los bancos por los ahorristas. ........................................... EL MIERDAZO The Big Shit " After the social uprising of December 20th 2001, there was a large growth in the protesting involvement and in the claims of the different social groups affected by the crisis (demostrations against banks organized by people who lost their savings; rutes blocking and demonstrations of Piqueteros; statal employees protested against majors´ houses, neighbourhood´s assambleys turned up and so on.) The situation led demonstrators to find new and different ways of protesting. The proposal of a new way of claiming called The Big Shit, consisted in inviting all the disgusted society to keep , take and throw their own shit or shit belonging to a friend, relative or pet, over the National Congress´ gates, at the same time the diputees debated the national budget for the whole year. Under the instruction: "It´s not going to be cancelled in case of rain or diarrhea" a set and a performance were put on; an actor disguised as a sheep, sitting on a toilet on a red carpet, shitted at the audience´s sight. Then, he was followed by other demonstrators who felt the necessity. Others chose to take off their clothes and stood naked in front of the government. The media coverage allowed the concept of the action to spread out around other parts of the country. For instance, in Mar del Plata, trucks full of shit were unloaded in front of the banks by the people who lost their savings. Un personaje que representaba al médico militar Sánchez Ruiz le entregaba un bebé, robado a las detenidas en los campos de concentración, a un General del Ejército. En un determinado momento, aprovechando la confusión que la acción producía en la Policía, se comenzaron a arrojar por primera vez las "bombas de pintura" para señalar el frente de la casa del genocida. Escrache a Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri En esta oportunidad Etcétera...represento un "Partido de fútbol" en donde los equipos contrincantes eran "Argentina vs. Argentina", simbolizando la guerra de las Malvinas y el ocultamiento de las muertes y desapariciones que habían sucedido en el país durante el Mundial de 1978. El Escrache se realizaba el mismo día que jugaba Argentina contra Inglaterra en el Mundial de Fútbol de 1998 . La obra finalizaba con un tiro penal pateado por un miembro de H.I.J.O.S. La pelota estaba rellena de pintura. En el arco (que era el vallado policial) se encontraba el personaje Militar intentando atajar.Los gritos de "¡gooool!" se mezclaron con los insultos, mientras volaban las bombas de pintura. ........................................... Escrache to Raúl Sánchez Ruiz The performance worked as a lure to distract the police guard in front of the house. A character doing militar physician Sanchez Ruiz handed over a baby, stolen from a prisioner of the concentration camps, to an Army General. At a certain moment, taking advantage of the confusion brought among the policemen, painting bombs were thrown to point out the front of the criminal´s house. Escrache a Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri In this case Etcétera... performed "A football match" in which the teams confronting were "Argentina against Argentina", symbolizing the Falklands or Malvinas War and the cover of thousands of deaths and disappearences that had taken place during the World Cup of 1978. The Escrache was carried out the same day of the Argentina-England football match, for the World Cup of 1998. The play ended with a penalty kick, shot by a member of H.I.J.O.S. The ball was full with red painting. In the goal (that was the security hurdle) stood the militar character trying to catch the ball. Bajo cálculos científicos descubrimos que con un 10% del público recurrente anualmente a la bienal, se podría lograr algo tan catastrófico como la inundación del año 1996. El llamado fue categórico y el salto chino se produjo. La Bienal de Venecia sigue realizándose y las balsas siguen reproduciéndose. La obra rememoraba los métodos de ajusticiamiento usados contra las monarquías y los tiranos durante revoluciones de tiempos pasados. En el juego popular se busca identificar palabras completando con letras los espacios vacíos en una frase. Para evitar subir al cadalso y perder el juego debemos arriesgar por turnos, intentando descubrir una a una, las letras ausentes. En los afiches las palabras a descubrir eran los nombres de los políticos responsables de la crisis económica y también nombres de compañías multinacionales y sus productos. El concepto del afiche, el volante-objeto y la instalación urbana, fue muy discutido dentro de las asambleas del grupo. Debatimos si la utilización de un elemento como la horca, podría llegar a ser interpretado como apología a la violencia. Esta acción inicia una serie de obras como crítica a las políticas de “seguridad” del gobierno de Eduardo Duhalde en contra de los grupos piqueteros, los vendedores y artistas ambulantes quienes podían ser detenidos bajo sospecha. La performance el verbo “detenerse” se hacía acción y la palabra se corporizaba creando una escultura social, donde los cuerpos detenidos de una veintena de personas en la vía pública, creaban una sensación de paranoia en los ocasionales transeúntes. En el volante se incluía un texto crítico a las políticas de seguridad y se presentaba con el formato de una ficha similar a las utilizadas por la policía al detener a una persona y labrar un acta de prontuario (“tocar el pianito” en la jerga popular porteña). La acción se realizaba entintando los dedos y obteniendo así las huellas del “detenido”. El texto comenzaba con la frase “Estamos todos detenidos -tiene derecho a permanecer callado. Todo lo que diga puede (y será usado en su contra)” y continuaba “Existe una distinción entre miedo y terror, el miedo es una alerta frente al peligro, permite una reacción, el terror en cambio es una conmoción que inmoviliza, paraliza a quien lo sufre”. La acción poética realizada en el centro de la ciudad logró un gran impacto, ya que durante aquellos días se producían violentos desalojos por parte de la policía en contra de los cientos de vendedores callejeros (“manteros”) que a partir de la crisis habían ocupado parques, plazas y calles peatonales. Operata Disonante Description An account of the resource Con-trabajo (o Sin-Fonía), fue una obra de teatro musical con formato de opereta móvil realizada especialmente para las marchas por el tercer aniversario del Argentinazo en diciembre de 2004. La puesta abordaba trabajo y desocupación como problemáticas, narrando la historia de un monopólico estómago-corporación que oprime a la sociedad y las desaventuras de sus obreros-esclavos quienes intentan revelarse y apoderarse del órgano digestivo. El elemento central de la caravana era un carro alegórico con forma de estómago gigante acompañado por un centenar de músicos y artistas personificados como oficinistas. El conflicto central de la obra sucede cuando el estómago-corporación comienza a reducir la producción y decide despedir a los trabajadores que pasan a ser desocupados. Entonces se producen revueltas y una batalla sonora entre los obreros y la patronal. El drama culmina cuando el estómago-corporación es recuperado por los trabajadores-desocupados con la heroica ayuda del H@mbre (hombre hambre) acompañado por decenas de personajes encapuchados con pancartas-partituras e instrumentos. Title A name given to the resource Campaña por la garrafa Social Description An account of the resource La acción se realizó en la Plaza Miserere en la estación de Once, Buenos Aires, durante las protestas por la “Campaña por la Garrafa Social” en la que se juntaron firmas en contra de la privatización de los trenes y por una fija de precio de una garrafa Social (de gas) a $5. La acción consistió en llevar una serie de Garrafas y pancartas garrafas intervenidas, con la frase, GARRAFA SOCIAL O VOLAMOS TODOS, los performer que llevaban las pancartas cargaban pequeños tubos con gas butano ( gas que se usa para recargar encendedores) generando una atmósfera y un clima concientizador. La invitación del colectivo fue para realizar una versión corta de la exhibición antológica, en la que se exhibieron , afiches, videos, una nueva serie de Gente Armada que luego fue adquirida por la Colección Frac Grenoble y una serie de artefactos erroristas. La obra reflexionaba sobre los acontecimientos del 19 y 20 de diciembre del 2001 en Argentina, e incluía poesías e imágenes de la huida en helicóptero del ex-presidente De La Rúa y la resistencia en las calles. El texto proponía un balance crítico sobre aquel contexto de normalización y se preguntaba: “¿Aún resuenan las vacías cacerolas?, ¿Se han convertido en Museos las Barricadas?, ¡Que maravillosa idea convertir la sangre en dinero!”. Etcétera..., seducido por este evento, se presentó en las oficinas del Director del Museo exigiendo un espacio para artistas que se expresan contra la globalización, presentando una obra creada por el grupo en el año 1998; ”El Niño Globalizado”. El director en ese entonces negó la entrada de esta escultura al Museo. Sin embargo, Etcétera... se presentó el día de la inauguración en las puertas con la escultura y cientos de globos blancos y negros impresos con la palabra $TOP, mientras bajo las escalinatas otros activistas gritaban “¡Alimenten al Niño Globalizado!”, reventando globos llenos de pimienta.
